The Zalman CNPS8000 is designed to be a slim and low profile CPU cooler for motherboards and cases with less room for large bulky heat sinks while still maintaining the Zalman prestige of superb cooling at near silent operation. This cooler operates by the use of four copper heat pipes that transfer CPU heat from the copper base up and through aluminum heat sink fins. A low profile 92mm fan then blows air down and through the fins thereby cooling the heat sink. The mirror-like finish on the copper base ensures clean contact with your CPU for optimal performance.

1. The computer system may automatically shut down when booting the computer after the system monitoring program outputs a warning stating that the CPU fan is rotating slowly. In such a case, fully turn the speed control knob in the clockwise direction before booting to disable the ‘CPU Fan Detected’ option in BIOS setting, or set the CPU fan’s rotational speed to less than or equal to 1300rpm in the system monitoring program.         2.
