The PFB series is one of Delta's newest DC Fan product lines introduced in 2006. This model, PFB1212UHE, has features that are similar to the FFB and TFB line but with a bit lower price. It outputs over 252 CFM at 66.5 dB. The biggest advantage we've noticed with this part is the noticeably more open airflow/exhaust area on the fan's surface. This is certainly due to two factors: 9 Directional Fins instead of 13, and a fan hub/motor circumference of 0.5 centimeter less. The dreaded "dead zone" is lessened further as a result.
