Tax Exempt Orders |
Performance-PCs.com accepts tax exempt orders submitted from all organizations with a valid Tax Exempt certificates. Since we are located in Florida, USA, this is the only state that it is necessary for you to provide your tax exempt certificate if you are wishing to not be charged Florida Sales tax. Tax Exempt certificates should be immediately uploaded or faxed if you have placed an order with a tax exemption number. All exemptions will be fully verified before they are accepted. Please do not place an order with a tax exempty number that is not valid or existing in the state of Florida as there is a service fee then to fix the order amounts. Sample Tax Certificate that must be sent:
Tax Exempt Cerificates must be filled out properly. You must list us in the name box as "Performance PC's, Inc." and the tax certificate must be signed and dated. We prefer you produce the tax certificate in a RDF format and once filled out and signed you may upload it here:

Orders that are placed online with a Florida Shipping address will be charged tax. Tax cannot be removed after the order is completed. A tax credit can be given with a valid exemption certificate.
