Great new Cooler from Titan is the Amanda TEC (Thermoelectric) Heatpipe Cooler. This is a high powered cooler utilizing a 50W TEC. It also sports two 92mm fans and a number of heatpipes transferring the heat from the TEC to the heatsink. The TEC has the advantage of being able to use low speed quiet fans for extreme cooling.

The TEC and low speed fans equate to a powerful cooling design as shown by the thermal resistance specifications. In order to control the TEC, Titan has includes a PCI card to control and provide system feedback via software and LED's on the card. Tests have shown this to be the best Air Cooler on the market with temps being 7-8C lower then the best previously test Heatsinks under heavy CPU load. This is a highly recommended product!
It means the Thermoelectric Chip is working. (When the temperature is over 25C, the TEC is working)
Red Light
When the CPU temperature is over 70C or less than 15C, the red LED light will blink and system will send the alarm.
Green Light
It means system power has already been started.
Notice:
Please note that the Amanda TEC cooler is especially designed for overclocking and high power consumption CPUs which produce a lot of heat, and it's able to cool the CPU temperature significantly. For some low power consumption CPUs, the temperature difference will not be so significant when using the Amanda TEC cooler. The TEC cooler amanda will not fit on nvidia 680i sli mother board using corsair dominator memory sticks.
