The fans themselves perform great too- especially those wanting lower noise but still good performance and this gets better with higher air flow restriction applications. There is a lot of detail that has gone in the manufacturing here, including the use of separate molds to account for the different shrinking rates of the translucent impeller relative to the opaque impeller, and overall this is a step above the SP120 fans in all aspects including cost.
