Channelz™ Corsair H₂O 540 4-Channel Bridge and Dual D5 Pump Combo

Our Newest and Our Favorite New Case and Watercooling Solution!

You may be saying...."hey there is no such thing as a Corsair H₂O 540. And you would be correct! But while we actually loved this Corsair's case aesthetics and layout, we were not a fan of all the air ducts. There is no denying those ducts work fine but looking at the beauty of the case and its layout with a full hidden back chamber this inspired us to design a full dual D5 loop  loop configuration using that back chamber to hide the dual pump distroplate. So, introducing our brand new Channez™ H₂O 540 dual distroplate combo uses a small front 4-chamber bridge and then a hidden rear dual D5 pump distroplate that is specifically designed to  make hardline loops a breeze to install and leave an aesthetically pleasing build at completion. This distroplate combo works in conjunction with a whopping 3 x 360mm radiators (9 in total cooling fans) to provide exceptional cooling for any modern day build. Our design as configured uses 2 x 360mm radiators to cool the the GPU block and then a separate 360mm radiator to cool only the CPU.

The bridge portion of this set features 11 Ports total, 8 in the front for multiple inputs and then 3 ports in the rear to specifically bridge the fluid flow to the rear pump distroplate. The rear Dual D5 Distroplate features 2 inlet port and 2 outlet ports plus the holes and chambers necessary for the D5 Singularity pump mounts that are included with this distroplate.

We have to be honest that we were blown away with the Corsair AIR 540 chassis and we feel that this is one of the finest looking and functionally sound distroplate sets we have ever designed. Also we are pleased to now offer distro plate insert fittings that Singularity Computers designed for us and gives this distroplate a much more clean and expensive look. But other than aesthetics we will now include these inserts with all our new distroplate designs because it virtually eliminates cross-threading or damaging the G 3/8 threads on this distro. Finally, the fittings come in a beautiful satin black color but, for a small extra fee, we can Cerakote these inserts to any color you desire! Other options we offer with all our distros are choice of colored screws, choice of black or clear gaskets, Channelz resin colored chambers and even a magnetic top mounted blind plate in black or white if you want to only see the LED color fluid in the chambers and not the rest of the distroplate.

Channelz Effectz™ Service

Tired of all that colored Coolant clogging up your loop but don't want to stick with some boring old clear coolant? Well Performance-PCs has you taken care of with their new Channelz™ Effectz Service! This service is a great way to add some color to your Channelz™ distribution plate without clogging your loop with pastel or mica filled coolants. We use an epoxy resin mixture that is safe for your loop and will certainly help that build POP. There is 30 different super vivid color options to choose from and we even added the ability for you to mix colors to give your loop its own style.

Installation:

This is one of our most thoughtful watercooling design we have done to date! By using a small narrow bridge in the front you do not need to use much chassis real estate to get 2 full loops plumbed to a hidden rear dual D5 pump distroplate. What is unique about the bridge is that its mounting holes are spaced for 120mm fans or a 360 radiator.We include a 120mm mount to assist with mounting this bridge. You can chose any of the 3 sets of 120mm hole spacing to mount this distroplate. So this bridge is rather universal and not specific to this chassis.
