EK-Loop D5 MX PWM Motor is a low-power version of the full D5 water pump with PWM speed control via the motherboard or a dedicated fan/pump controller. Compared to the full-power D5 G3, it has a 20% lower flow rate and a weaker head pressure. It uses less power, with only a 15W power draw. Also, power is drawn via Molex connector compared to the SATA on the G3.

EK-Loop D5 MX PWM is an original Xylem D5 PWM pump, with a reduced power draw.

PWM control allows for automatic pump speed regulation depending on your CPU temperature. Full performance on demand or whisper-quiet operation in idle mode!

This pump is ideal for PC and other electronics water cooling. The D5 pump is equipped with an electronically commutated spherical motor. In a pump with a spherical motor, the only moving part is a spherically shaped rotor held in place by a bearing ball made of ultra-hard and wear-resistant ceramic.

The magnetic rotor always balances itself ideally on the ceramic bearing. The pump is very robust and the parts exposed to the fluid are corrosion-resistant, which provides an exceptionally long service time.

This product is compatible with any product that supports D5 pumps, including:
