ROCKIT COOL Copper IHS for LGA 1150 / 1155 - Without Guide

This CNC machined Solid copper IHS is intended for Intel LGA 1150 & 1155 CPUs. Has a smooth surface for maximum contact.

• CNC machined to tight tolerances


• Available custom relid guide compatible with all Rockit 88 kits


• Surface area increased by 15% over stock


• Smooth and flat surfaces for maximum contact with CPU and cooling solutions.


• Fits LGA 1150 & 1155 ONLY!! Will not work for LGA 1151.


• Caution! Normal relid guide will not work with the copper IHS. It is larger than stock.

Preparation:

1. Supplies Needed:

Delid Procedure:

1. Place CPU in tray


2. Close the Rockit 88


3. Delid with the Rockit 88

Cleanup:

1. Cleaning off the CPU Die


2. Cleaning off the IHS Glue


3. Finishing Up

Relid Procedure:

1. Place CPU in tray


2. Prepare Thermal Interface Material


3. Prepare Relid Tools


4. Place the Relid Alignment Tool


5. Glue IHS Into Place


6. Use The Relid Spyder
