The SILENTstar bottomplate can be used with SILENTstar HD Rev2.0 coolers. The bottomplate cools the underside of the drive. For optimal heat transfer you should use 2mm thermal pads. The thermal pads are not included.

For a fully equipped SILENTstar HD-Quad, four bottomplates are needed, for a HD-Dual two and one for the HD-Single. The bottomplates are simply inserted in the corresponding holes of the cooling elements.
