The Alphacool Rise 6W/mk thermal paste is aimed at all users who want to get the optimum performance out of their system. With a thermal conductivity of 6W/mK, this electrically non-conductive thermal paste is suitable for high contact pressures and is clearly the favourite when performance and easy application is required.

 

Application
The application of the Alphacool Rise thermal paste differs from most other thermal pastes due its optimal viscosity. For perfect application of the paste , a plastic spatula (not included in delivery) or similar should be used and a thin film should be applied.

Properties
The Rise thermal paste has a moderate thermal conductivity of 6W/mK and is slightly more fluid than other thermal pastes. This helps with the application. The syringe in which the Alphacool Rise thermal paste is delivered has a replaceable screw cap. This prevents it from drying out, as you rarely need the entire 4 grams of paste at once. Furthermore, this thermal paste is not electrically conductive. So if a drop of paste is missed, damage to the hardware is highly unlikely.
