For mounting, the RAM is firmly clamped into the modules with the help of the enclosed thermal pads to achieve an optimal cooling result. The Ram cooler is compatible with modules that are populated on one side and on both sides.
The Alphacool Core DDR5-Ram cooler provides the basis for mounting the Alphacool D-Ram water coolers. These are screwed onto the Core DDR5-Ram module and can thus be actively cooled with water.
