ChipSink is a complete range of passive heatsinks, specifically designed to correctly cool chips integrated into motherboards, such as: frequency generators (PLL), power supply regulators (MOSFET), peripheral control chipsets (SouthBridge) and integrated controllers (RAID, SATA).
